Natan Gross, in Memoriam - meeting with Jerzy RIDAN, Prof. Aleksander SKOTNICKI and Roman WŁODEK, and film presentation: Natan Gross - Tango by J. Ridan. An evening dedicated to the late Natan Gross, writer, filmmaker and journalist, born in Cracow, who passed away on October 5th, 2005, in Tel-Aviv.

Wednesday, December 7th, 6:00 p.m.
Chopin's Afterlife - documentary film by Ophra YERUSHALMI (52 min., in English). Chopin's Afterlife is a pianist's search for Frédéric Chopin. The director, Ophra Yerushalmi, a pianist, for whom Chopin has been a constant source of inspiration, is joined by musicians and non-musicians, dancers, poets and visual artists. They are young and old, masters and students, all with a special affinity for the composer. Together they investigate different layers hidden under the seeming simplicity and sheer beauty of the music.
